Shivankur Verma has been appointed as the new Food & Beverage Manager at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, a part of Marriott International’s portfolio. Verma joins the hotel with extensive experience in food and beverage operations, bringing a strong track record of driving performance, operational excellence, and high guest satisfaction.
Prior to this role, Verma served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at JW Marriott Goa Vagator, where he played a key part in managing F&B operations, achieving high guest voice scores and exceeding revenue budgets. His responsibilities also included overseeing banquet functions, optimizing costs, and leading structured training initiatives to boost team capability.
Verma’s career spans multiple major hotel brands and properties. He has held leadership roles at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, including as Banquet Manager, and contributed to the pre-opening team at JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa. In addition, his experience includes operational and management roles at JW Marriott Chandigarh, Marriott Suites Pune, Sahara Star Mumbai, and InterContinental The Lalit Mumbai.
In his new position at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, Verma is expected to apply his strategic F&B insights and service leadership to further elevate the hotel’s dining experiences and strengthen its food and beverage offerings.
