A new all-day dining destination, Café Nola, has opened its doors in Jaipur, offering a “food-first” café experience that moves beyond the typical grab-and-go coffee model to embrace a full culinary identity. Rather than prioritising décor alone, the café emphasises quality food, a thoughtfully curated menu and speciality coffee, reflecting the evolving tastes of both residents and visitors in Rajasthan’s capital.
Situated strategically near major hospitality hubs like Hotel Clarks Amer, Café Nola has been designed as a welcoming neighbourhood destination that also appeals to travellers exploring the Pink City. Its all-day operating hours (9 am – 11 pm) make it convenient for breakfast, leisurely brunches, lunch, afternoon coffee, and relaxed evening dining. Crowds have praised the café for its warm ambience and the way it bridges social and functional dining — whether guests drop in with laptops, meet for chats, or unwind after sightseeing.
At the heart of the café’s proposition is a kitchen-led menu and in-house bakery. Fresh-baked viennoiserie and balanced plates form a core part of the offerings, from breakfast classics to globally influenced all-day favourites. The idea is to provide familiar yet versatile dishes that patrons can return to regularly without the novelty wearing off.
Coffee remains a cornerstone of the experience, led by specialty coffee expert Sanjeet Walia, who focuses on highlighting Indian coffee origins — including beans from regions such as Araku Valley and Kerala. One of Café Nola’s distinguishing features is its cold foam coffee programme, reportedly the first of its kind in Jaipur, offering textured, cool-layered drinks suited to the city’s warm climate.
By creating a space where food and beverage quality take centre stage, Café Nola is contributing to Jaipur’s emerging café scene — a scene that increasingly values culinary depth and repeat-worthy experiences over merely aesthetic décor or fleeting trends.
